咖啡熟豆屬於食品。依《通訊交易解除權合理例外情事適用準則》第二條規定，易於腐敗、保存期限較短之商品不適用七日鑑賞期，因此恕不接受無瑕疵的退換貨，也請你下單前多確認一下想要的規格。 但如果收到的商品有破損、受潮、寄錯品項或規格，請在收到後 48 小時內拍照並用 LINE @448pvuma 告訴我們，我們一定會處理到好。

Not Eligible for Return / 不適用退換情況
- 已開封的咖啡
熟豆與耳掛屬食品，一經開封無法回復原狀，恕不接受退換。
- 單純不喜歡風味
風味描述是主觀的，喝不習慣不屬於商品瑕疵。歡迎先到門市試喝再決定。
- 已磨成粉的商品
磨粉是依你指定的沖煮方式做的客製加工，無法轉售給其他人。
- 逾期未取／拒收
因個人因素退款（超商逾期未取、宅配拒收）將扣除已產生的物流費用。

Ship the Item / 寄回商品
Pack the item securely with original packaging and ship to our provided address.
使用原始包裝妥善包裝商品，寄至指定地址。

Refund or Exchange / 退款或換貨
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange.
收到商品檢查後，將處理退款或換貨。
Refund Methods / 退款方式
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
